Yutah Lorenz is considered one of the most versatile German actresses today.

Directly after graduating acting school in Munich, the Swiss born actress was awarded a scholarship by the world renowned Lee Strasberg Theater Institute in New York City. She was then granted another scholarship to study with Mr. William Esper at The William Esper Studio New York (Meisner Technique).
Her first acting engagements were also in the United States in productions for the Lee Strasberg Creative Center in New York, the Marilyn Monroe Theatre in Los Angeles and the Goethe Institut Los Angeles and New York. Miss Lorenz was also honored with an „Artist in Residence“ at Leon Feuchtwangers Villa Aurora in the Pacific Palisades. In Germany Yutah Lorenz has performed with (among others) the Bremer Shakespeare Company at the Theatre Klagenfurt (A), Staatsschauspiel Dresden and Theatre Bozen (I). Major roles include Juliet in Shakespeares „Romeo and Juliet“, Beatrice in „Much ado about nothing“, Elena in Checkhovʼs „Uncle Vanya“, Lotte Stern in George Taboriʼs „Jubilee“, Klara and Brunelda in Franz Kafkas „Amerika“ as well as Mary in Burkhard Kosminskiʼs award winning production of Thomas Jonigks „You shall give me grandsons“.
Her first role in German Television was opposite Harald Juhnke in „Fröhliche Chaoten“. This was followed by parts in various Film & TV productions, including „Tatort“ , „Morden im Norden“ and the award winning Shortfilm „Surprise!“ (Cannes, Toronto) directed by Veit Helmer. Always in search of alternative forms of creative expression Yutah Lorenz began studies at „Die Etage“, Berlin School for Acrobatic, where she earned her degree as a trapeze artist in 2005. After touring with her trapeze solo „Tango nuovo“, the „graceful acrobat *“ performed in the Swiss premiere of „The Spirit of Zeppelin“. As „The Spirit“ Yutah mezmerized audiences, playing, singing and dancing at dizzying heights through the „masterful*“ Revue.

From 2004 to 2013 Miss Lorenz was dancing on the trapeze as „The Seduction „ in Calixto Bieto’s internationally recognized production of W.A. Mozartʼs opera „The Abduction from the Seraglio“ at the „Komische Oper“ in Berlin, with visits in Bergen International Festival (Norwegen) and Nationaltheater Mannheim. Currently the charismatic actress with the „captivating and hypnotic voice“ is touring with her audio-visuell performance „Dr. Mabuse – The Criminal and his Mastermind Norbert Jacques“ throughout Germany and German speaking countries. New Year’s eve 2015 Yutah Lorenz moderated „Amadeus! Mozart meets Papagena“ with
the the Kammerphilharmonie Berlin-Brandenburg at the history- making Gethsemanekirche in Berlin.
As the „Dark Angel“ she enchants 2016 at „ First Night – Das Berliner Neujahrskonzert“, at „Konzerthaus Berlin“. Also hovering in the air above the stage Yutah is singing as Serafina „Fly me to the moon“ , inter alia at the „Hans- Rosenthal-Gala 2016“
